Shipping & Freight Delivery

L7 Motorsports ships powersports vehicles nationwide by LTL freight from our Santa Ana, California warehouse.

What $99 Covers

$99 flat-rate freight shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. That price includes:

  • Pickup from our Santa Ana warehouse
  • LTL freight transit to your area
  • Curbside delivery - the driver brings your unit to the end of your driveway or the curb
  • Tracking and transit insurance on every order

What Costs Extra

Residential Liftgate Delivery - add $99. Required unless you have a forklift or a loading dock. The truck lowers your crate hydraulically to the ground. A crated scooter or ATV weighs 200-600 lbs, and without a liftgate the driver cannot get it off the truck.

Alaska and Hawaii - quoted separately. Contact us before ordering for an exact rate.

If you do not need a liftgate, your shipping is $99. That is it.

Timeline

  • Processing: 2-4 business days for payment verification and crating
  • Transit: 7-14 business days depending on distance
  • Tracking: provided once your order ships; allow up to 72 hours for the carrier to update

How Freight Delivery Works

  1. Your unit is crated and picked up by an LTL freight carrier.
  2. The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery appointment. A working phone number at checkout is required.
  3. Delivery is curbside. Someone 18 or older must be present.
  4. A signature is required.

Inspect Before You Sign

Inspect the crate before you sign the delivery receipt. If you see any damage - crushed corners, torn shrink wrap, punctures - write it on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and call us immediately at (909) 806-6262.

Once you sign a clean receipt, the freight carrier's liability ends. Noting damage on the receipt is what allows us to file a claim on your behalf. It takes thirty seconds and it protects you completely.
